Business Analyst – Regulatory & Compliance (Global Commercial Cards)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong regulatory and compliance expertise to drive the global rollout of our Commercial Cards platform across more than 40 markets. The role will focus on translating country‑specific regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions and ensuring alignment with both local and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for product rollouts and platform changes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to identify and address obligations.
• Convert regulatory mandates into business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support country rollout activities by identifying regulatory gaps and remediation actions.
• Maintain regulatory requirement repositories, traceability matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in governance forums and stakeholder discussions related to regulatory compliance.
• Assist testing and implementation activities from a regulatory perspective.

Required profile

• 7–11 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Extensive background in regulatory, compliance, risk, AML, KYC, data privacy, or consumer protection initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑country or global transformation programs.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of banking operational and regulatory environments.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across regions.
