Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Airbus’s FHS organization in Bangalore, supporting CAMO & MRO services through the AMOS maintenance information system. The role focuses on understanding and improving business processes, handling user support, and contributing to system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes and workflows within the AMOS system.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for users, resolving defects and support requests.
• Participate in defining and configuring new AMOS functionalities.
• Manage test campaigns, including regression testing, for system evolutions.
• Produce functional specifications, user guides, admin guides and test reports.
• Monitor daily AMOS operations and perform routine checks.
• Collaborate with support teams, MIS providers and product teams across Europe and India.

Required profile

• Graduate in IT, Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in aviation maintenance or MRO.
• Familiarity with airline supply‑chain modules such as procurement, inventory, material planning and logistics is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with aviation MIS tools (e.g., AMOS, RAMCO, AMASIS).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries.
• Fundamental project‑management skills.
