Business Analyst I

About the role

The Business Analyst I will enable data‑driven decision‑making by collecting, validating, and analysing data to generate actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain standardized and ad‑hoc reports to highlight key findings, risks and opportunities.
• Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights for business planning, process improvement and solution assessment.
• Continuously streamline data‑gathering processes to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with finance, compliance, engineering and other teams to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
• Provide training and support to non‑technical stakeholders on data‑gathering techniques and analysis tools such as Tableau and Metabase.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SQL and at least one BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, Looker, Quicksight, etc.).
• Conceptual understanding of basic statistical concepts (sampling, distributions, hypothesis testing).
• Basic knowledge of data platforms and ETL processes.
• Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and validate hypotheses.
