Business Analyst – Browsers

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Browser Administrator to manage the global browser environment for Airbus Digital Workplace. You will ensure a secure, high‑performance web experience for thousands of users while complying with aerospace‑grade security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving browser‑related service requests via ServiceNow within SLA targets.
• Monitoring browser stability and compatibility to minimise downtime.
• Managing browser configurations through Active Directory, including OU inheritance and policy enforcement.
• Maintaining legacy web‑application compatibility while guiding migration to modern standards.
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of browser deployments across Windows, macOS and Chromebooks.
• Using Google Admin Console to control cloud‑based browser policies, extensions and reporting.
• Ensuring browsers meet Airbus security standards and addressing web‑security threats such as phishing and XSS.

Required skills

• ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing platform.
• Active Directory and OU management.
• Google Admin Console.
• Windows, macOS and Chrome OS environments.
• Understanding of web‑security threats (phishing, XSS, malicious extensions).
