About the role
The position supports a default management system for the banking industry that handles delinquent mortgage loans. The solution is delivered as a secure, scalable SaaS platform on a private cloud, accessible across desktops, smartphones and tablets.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze and document banking requirements for new business processes.
- Communicate requirements to stakeholders, identify solutions and validate that they meet standards.
- Document business processes and maintain BRD/FRD/Use Cases and system specifications.
- Prioritize user stories during backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to existing procedures, techniques and methods.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Banking/Cards/Mortgage domain.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with testing tools, defect tracking and test case management.
- Automation testing, SQL/database querying.
- Cross‑browser testing and basic programming knowledge.
