Brand Marketing Lead

About the role

Dentalkart is building a new owner‑led marketing structure and needs a Brand Marketing Lead to shape how the brand is perceived, remembered, and chosen by dentists and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document the brand positioning, personality, voice, and key associations.
• Build an always‑on social and content presence that grows brand salience.
• Run brand campaigns and partnerships, including influencers and the dental community, to drive awareness and consideration.
• Establish brand measurement frameworks covering aided/unaided awareness, top‑of‑mind awareness, branded search volume, share of voice, sentiment, and brand‑lift studies.
• Shape and protect reputation alongside the ORM function, treating sentiment as a managed asset.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM from a Tier‑1 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, SPJIMR, IIFT or equivalent).
• 6+ years in brand marketing, brand management, or social and content brand building, preferably for a consumer or platform brand.
• Experience building brand measurement (awareness, top‑of‑mind, sentiment, brand lift).
• Strong storytelling and creative judgement with proven brand impact and measurable outcomes.
