About the role
We are a fast‑growing luxury villa and vacation‑rental brand in Goa, building India’s most intentional premium hospitality experience. As the Brand & Growth Marketing Manager you will own the full marketing function, shaping strategy and executing campaigns with direct access to the founders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns, managing budget, creative assets and ROAS.
- Develop and maintain our presence on Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Drive SEO and organic growth through a robust content and editorial strategy.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and luxury brand partnerships.
- Design and execute email/CRM journeys to improve guest retention.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Report weekly on CAC, LTV, conversion rates and channel performance.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, performance or brand marketing.
- Demonstrated success with Meta Ads and Google Ads, backed by measurable results.
- Strong background in SEO, content creation and social media execution.
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for ownership and results.
