Branch Manager – Islamic Finance

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Hyderabad branch of Pak‑Qatar Group, a pioneer in Islamic financial services. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving business growth while upholding Shariah‑compliant principles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high‑quality customer service for Takaful and investment products.
• Manage and develop branch staff, set performance targets, and coach team members.
• Monitor sales activities, develop local business development initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review operational processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare performance and risk reports.
• Coordinate with head‑office departments and represent the branch in local market and community engagements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in branch management or similar leadership roles within financial services, insurance, or Takaful.
• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven capability to manage operations, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with Islamic finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
