Branch Manager – Allahabad

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Allahabad branch, driving business growth, profitability and operational excellence. This senior position oversees all aspects of branch performance, from customer acquisition to risk management, while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targets for new customer acquisition, disbursements and net growth in line with branch plans.
• Maintain onboarding yield benchmarks, optimize ticket size, renewal mix and repeat customer engagement.
• Ensure portfolio quality by managing auction‑to‑book ratio, LTV adherence, documentation standards and purity testing protocols.
• Resolve collections for 0‑30 DPD bucket, monitor overdue accounts and support recovery actions.
• Achieve audit scores, close audit findings and uphold zero‑tolerance for regulatory breaches.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, fast turnaround times and effective grievance resolution while maintaining branch hygiene and security.
• Lead and coach the Assistant Branch Manager, Gold Valuer, Gold Loan Officers and Customer Service Executives to meet productivity benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a banking or financial services branch.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with ability to coach diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of gold loan products, valuation processes and risk controls.
• Excellent analytical abilities to drive growth, profitability and risk mitigation.
• Commitment to compliance, audit standards and operational governance.
