About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the agency’s regional operations, driving sales, profitability and market penetration. This senior position is responsible for developing business plans, building a high‑performing sales team and ensuring strong brand presence in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop monthly, quarterly and annual business plans aligned with regional strategy.
• Identify market opportunities, conduct intelligence gathering and expand distribution in under‑developed areas.
• Recruit, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring capacity meets topline targets.
• Drive sales performance, monitor profitability, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Oversee quality of business sourced, conduct audits and corrective actions as needed.
• Manage sales collateral, ensure consistent communication of sales progression.
• Organise training programs, on‑the‑job coaching and skill‑enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct daily huddles, periodic reviews and provide feedback to improve engagement and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to translate intelligence into actionable plans.
