Branch HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the people agenda for a branch workforce. In partnership with branch leadership, you will drive talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and workforce effectiveness to ensure the branch meets its business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership to design and implement business‑aligned people strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, ensure quality hiring, manage stakeholders and oversee onboarding.
• Govern core HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to secure critical talent.
• Support leadership development and capability‑building programs for succession readiness.
• Enhance employee engagement, development and overall experience in partnership with managers.
• Implement HR policies, programs and change initiatives across the branch.
• Leverage HR data and insights to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, shared services and business stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or Center of Excellence role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
