Branch Coordinator

About the role

The Branch Coordinator will oversee daily office operations at our educational branch, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, faculty, and students. You will manage scheduling, facility upkeep, financial administration, and maintain a productive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and leave for all branch employees and oversee faculty performance.
• Manage class scheduling, batch assignments, and communicate timetable changes to students.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in classrooms and common areas; secure the premises daily.
• Identify and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Handle petty cash, track expenses, process bills, and maintain organized branch records.
• Prepare and submit monthly operational reports and act as the primary contact for walk‑in inquiries and enrollment assistance.
• Enforce organizational rules, mediate behavioral issues, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
