About the role
We are looking for a motivated BPO Trainer to join our team in Mohali. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality training to new hires and existing staff, ensuring they have the process and product knowledge required to excel in a customer‑service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for BPO agents.
- Deliver comprehensive process and product training aligned with operational standards.
- Monitor trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with operations to identify knowledge gaps and improve training materials.
Required profile
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO or customer‑service setting.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of training methodologies.
- Immediate availability preferred.
