BPO Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Support

About the role

The BPO Telecaller will work full‑time on‑site in Bengaluru, handling both outbound and inbound calls to support logistics, insurance and workforce services for our clients. You will interact with customers, explain services, answer queries and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls following scripts and process guidelines.
• Explain logistics, insurance and workforce‑related services and answer customer queries.
• Update customer information and call details in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up on pending cases.
• Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Achieve daily call targets and collaborate with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and local language proficiency with professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and patience to handle high call volumes.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills, able to use call management systems and CRM tools.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities to meet schedules and targets.
• Interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (10+2); diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends or rotational schedules.
• Prior BPO or customer‑support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
