About the role
We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our insurance sales team in Vashi. The role involves handling outbound calls, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and present insurance solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and processes.
Required profile
- Graduation degree.
- Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 6 years of relevant BPO or telecalling experience.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work six days a week with Sundays off.

- Salary ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 22,000 plus incentives.
