BPO & Telecaller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to join TruelyMarry.com’s growing team. In this role you will engage potential and existing customers, promote our matchmaking services and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and current customers to present service details.
• Qualify leads and forward promising prospects to the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the database and CRM system.
• Process orders and handle queries or grievances promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Document call outcomes, sales activities and valuable customer insights.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in telesales, customer service or related BPO roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, problem‑solving and customer‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Familiarity with telephone operations and call handling.
