Biller – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

Pizza Villa is seeking a dedicated Biller to join its fast‑paced food service team in Faridabad. You will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, processing payments, and ensuring smooth financial transactions for customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for all customer orders using the company’s invoicing system.
• Process cash and digital payments, reconcile bills at the end of each shift, and record transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized billing records and support basic financial reporting for management.
• Respond professionally to customer billing queries while upholding confidentiality of financial data.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of billing processes and hands‑on experience with invoicing systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Effective communication skills for clear interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Faridabad, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional accounting or finance training is a plus.
