Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish/English) – Noida

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to provide administrative and customer‑support services for our international clientele. Based in Noida, the role works on a US EST night shift and supports both inbound and outbound communications.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in Spanish and English, handling client inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Manage email inboxes, calendars, and schedule appointments for executives and customers.
• Provide first‑line customer support, qualify leads and set appointments.
• Enter and maintain data in the company CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, share status reports and assist with operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
• Prior experience serving US‑based clients and handling Spanish‑speaking customers.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
