Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who can assist our customers in both Spanish and English through voice, chat and email. The role is fully remote and part of the TalentPop App team, helping shoppers on e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries, providing prompt and courteous support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
• Personalize interactions by understanding each customer’s needs and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall service quality.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
