Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will provide voice and chat support to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer‑service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Basic technical setup: PC or laptop with i5 processor and a stable 25 Mbps internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
