Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

This remote position combines customer service and sales development duties for an international partner. You will assist global customers with inquiries and issues while also identifying new business opportunities and supporting prospecting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple international markets with professional, timely support.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate interaction records using CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk or HubSpot.
• Identify qualified business opportunities and conduct prospecting activities for sales development.
• Engage prospects and customers through clear, persuasive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests and support business development.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales development.
• Advanced proficiency (B2/C1) in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a multicultural mindset.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and customer support tools such as Zendesk.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
