Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & French)

About the role

Join ADP Canada’s Small Business Payroll team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will provide inbound voice and chat support to Canadian small‑business clients, handling payroll, time‑and‑attendance, and HR queries in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries across payroll, time‑and‑labor, and HR products via phone and chat.
• Provide accurate information on payroll compliance, HR policies, and system troubleshooting.
• Document all interactions in the Siebel CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up to meet service‑level agreements.
• Educate clients on processes using the internal knowledge base and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional ADP teams to resolve complex issues and relay feedback on product enhancements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of customer service or HR administrative experience, preferably in a BPO or support environment.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward service improvement.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM tools, specifically Siebel.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
