BI Analyst – Power BI (Supply Chain Procurement)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a senior Business Intelligence Analyst specialized in Power BI to support the Supply Chain Procurement function. You will design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that give visibility into spend, supplier performance and operational KPIs, enabling data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for procurement performance, spend analysis, supplier scorecards and sourcing outcomes.
• Design scalable semantic models using Microsoft Fabric workspaces, connecting to data lakes or data warehouses.
• Implement business logic with DAX and Power Query (M) to ensure consistent, reusable calculations.
• Integrate and transform data from ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel, APIs and Fabric pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting controls in collaboration with data and digital teams.
• Partner with procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BI analyst or Power BI developer, preferably in a supply chain or procurement environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a matrixed, global organization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with business owners and technical teams.
