About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Betreuungskraft (care assistant) to join our Tagesförderstätte (day promotion centre) in Marburg-Wehrda. The position is full‑time (39 hours per week) and initially fixed‑term until 31 August 2028, with an immediate start. Candidates from other professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support and supervision to individuals attending the day centre.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and social activities.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification as a Pflegehelfer (care helper) or comparable certification.
• Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, client‑focused setting.
• Ability to start promptly and commit to the fixed‑term contract.
