About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will combine your creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining top‑tier visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product education.
• Maintain and enhance visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Support and execute in‑store events and promotions.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized experiences.
• Willingness to work retail hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
• Certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable but not mandatory; amateur‑level experience is welcomed.

• Retail point‑of‑sale software proficiency.
