Beauty Academic In-charge

About the role

Pratham is seeking a motivated Beauty Academic In-charge to lead the training and development of students enrolled in its beauty programmes. You will be responsible for delivering curriculum, coordinating guest lectures, and ensuring high‑quality practical training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the beauty curriculum provided by Pratham to students.
• Organise guest lectures and visits to local parlours.
• Arrange industrial training placements during the course.
• Provide counselling for placements and post‑placement support.
• Maintain training quality standards and keep detailed reports on equipment and products used.
• Manage academic Excel sheets and virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Connect virtually with students and team members as needed.

Required profile

• Graduation (12th or degree) with a minimum of 3 years experience in the field and teaching.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or certification in a beauty course.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to travel regularly.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and the regional language.
