BBQ Cashier

About the role

The BBQ Cashier is a key front‑of‑house team member on the Pica Rica service line, responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. Working closely with BBQ cutters and other staff, the cashier ensures every guest enjoys high‑quality products and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all cash and card transactions accurately while keeping the register organized.
• Stock, set up, and maintain the BBQ service line for smooth operation.
• Take and ring up guest orders promptly, ensuring correct portioning and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow opening, mid‑shift, and closing checklists.
• Collaborate with BBQ cutters to deliver orders efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to uniform standards, punctuality, and company policies.
• Perform scheduled daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Support the restaurant manager with additional tasks as needed.
