Base Stocks and Waxes Replenishment Planner

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Base Stocks and Waxes Replenishment Planner to manage tactical supply, demand, and inventory planning for basestock and wax products. You will work across refinery, lubricant manufacturing, procurement, trading, logistics, and sales teams to ensure reliable product availability and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and medium‑term tactical supply plans for basestock and waxes across source refineries and lubricant plants.
• Monitor demand forecasts, supply availability, and inventory levels to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate transportation, storage, and delivery schedules with logistics and procurement teams.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage supply risks through scenario planning, alternative sourcing, or stock reallocation.
• Support import/export activities and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Review and approve demand rolling forecasts in collaboration with sales.
• Execute annual basestock purchase plans from third‑party suppliers and coordinate tankage replenishment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply chain or inventory planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Knowledge of energy, chemicals, or lubricants industry is advantageous.
