Barista

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Barista to join Brewray Deli’s first outlet in Mohali. You will be the face of our coffee and sandwich shop, preparing specialty espresso drinks and supporting sandwich preparation in a warm, relaxed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve specialty coffee and espresso‑based beverages.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment safely and accurately.
• Assist in basic food preparation for sandwiches, sauces and related menu items.
• Handle cash and card payments, restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Basic food‑preparation skills and knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
