About the role

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction, responding promptly to enquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring work is completed timely and professionally.
• Deliver departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain effective relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and audit procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do work style with strong commitment to guest service.
• Creative problem‑solver who takes ownership of duties.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
