Background Verification Executive

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Background Verification Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on verifying candidate information and supporting the employee onboarding process with accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct background verification checks for job candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates and third‑party vendors to collect and verify documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update verification status in internal systems.
- Prepare and manage verification reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up on pending documents to ensure timely closure of verification tasks.
Required profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills for interacting with candidates and vendors.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
