B2B Venue Sales Executive (Patna)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Venue Sales Executive to expand our presence in the wedding market. You will work closely with venue owners, hoteliers and other partners to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential venue partners through in‑person meetings.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term sales plans, approaches and strategies.
• Achieve revenue targets aligned with team and company objectives.
• Manage client relationships, create strategies to enhance their business and drive cross‑/up‑sell revenue.
• Build and maintain an outbound business development pipeline.
• Identify target accounts, establish best practices for lead conversion, and collect market and competitor intelligence.
• Own growth of the allocated market segment and close the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.

Required profile

• Experience in product‑focused B2B sales with a structured, organized work approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
• Solid business acumen and product expertise.
• Consultative, tech‑product selling mindset.
• Prior experience in SaaS, ad‑sales or field sales environments.
