B2B Sales Representative – EU/US Markets (Remote, India)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Sales Representative to prospect and close new eCommerce merchants in Europe and the United States. The role is fully remote from India and operates on EU working hours, with occasional overlap for US client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and close new B2B clients (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplace merchants) across EU and US markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach, qualification, discovery, negotiation to signed contract.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and conversion of inbound leads.
• Hand over newly signed accounts to the Account Management team with a clean internal handover.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations on offers and closing strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS or similar merchant‑facing categories.
• Proven hunter mindset with a track record of full‑cycle ownership and pipeline generation.
• Understanding of EU and US market expectations, communication styles and buying behavior.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken) with strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance prospecting, outreach and sales efficiency.
