B2B Sales & Corporate Partnerships Expert

About the role

Kefilo, a NutritionTech and personalised wellness transformation company, is seeking a B2B Sales & Corporate Partnerships Expert to build its corporate business in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on generating meetings, delivering corporate wellness workshops, and converting organisations into paying clients with repeat bulk orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a database of target companies, locate decision‑makers and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn outreach to secure meetings and pitch corporate wellness programmes.
• Plan, organise and deliver nutrition, wellness and lifestyle workshops, coordinating with Kefilo’s nutritionists and fitness experts.
• Own the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, negotiate terms, close contracts and ensure payment and onboarding.
• Develop bulk‑order opportunities, corporate gifting packages and recurring partnerships, while coordinating fulfilment with operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, business development or partnership experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet target‑oriented goals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Existing corporate network in Bhubaneswar is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and workshops.
