Azure Backend & Integration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a backend and integration‑focused engineer to design and build Azure‑based, AI‑enabled applications, workflows and enterprise integration solutions. The role combines serverless development, data processing and AI‑first capabilities to deliver scalable, event‑driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Azure Functions and Python.
• Build REST APIs, microservices and event‑driven integrations.
• Create workflow orchestration solutions with Azure Logic Apps and other Azure native services.
• Develop and support data processing and integration pipelines on Fabric or SQL‑based platforms.
• Contribute to AI‑first solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot or AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Functions and serverless architecture.
• Proven ability to build REST APIs, backend services and microservice‑based integrations.
• Solid Python programming skills for backend logic and data processing.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
