AWS and DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a member of the Infosys delivery team, you will work on designing, developing, validating, and supporting cloud‑based solutions for our clients. The role focuses on leveraging AWS and DevOps practices to drive digital transformation and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate detailed client requirements into system specifications.
• Design, develop, and test complex cloud applications on AWS.
• Provide ongoing validation, support, and performance tuning of deployed solutions.
• Estimate effort and resources for project planning and communicate estimates to technology leads and project managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Understanding of design principles and architectural fundamentals.
• Knowledge of performance engineering and quality processes.
• Ability to convert functional and non‑functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities.
