Aviation Trainer – Classroom & Practical Instructor

About the role

Frankfinn Aviation Services is seeking a full‑time Aviation Trainer to join its Vadodara campus. You will be responsible for delivering both classroom and hands‑on training to aspiring aviation professionals, covering procedures, in‑flight service, safety, grooming and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans, training materials and practical sessions on aviation protocols and service standards.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback and track progress throughout each batch.
• Support students with interview preparation, soft‑skill development and industry awareness to improve employability.
• Maintain accurate training records and coordinate with academic and placement teams.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with Frankfinn guidelines and current industry requirements.

Required profile

• Strong aviation domain knowledge, preferably with experience as cabin crew, ground staff or a related role.
• Proven ability to facilitate classroom sessions and engage diverse learner groups.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in grooming, professional etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to create and update training content in line with industry trends.
• Organised, able to manage multiple batches and meet academic schedules.
• Minimum graduate degree; certifications in aviation, hospitality or training are preferred.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools such as presentation software and online learning resources.
• Learner‑centric mindset with a commitment to inclusive training practices.
