About the role
We are seeking an embedded software engineer to develop and test hardware security modules (HSM) and the AUTOSAR cryptographic stack. The role focuses on implementing automotive security features and integrating them into ECU software.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and test HSM and AUTOSAR cryptographic stack components.
- Implement security functions such as Secure Boot, Secure Flashing, Secure Diagnostics, authentication, encryption and key management.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, static code analysis and apply secure coding standards (MISRA/CERT C).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E) or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with embedded C/C++ development and basic Python scripting for automation.
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA‑2, HMAC, PKI, TLS).
Required skills
- C/C++ embedded programming.
- Python scripting.
- AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms, including CSM, KeyM, SecOC, Crypto Stack, IDS Manager.
- Automotive security features: Secure Boot, Secure Flashing, Secure Diagnostics, authentication, authorization, encryption, key management, IDS.
- Cryptographic standards: AES, RSA, ECC, SHA‑2, HMAC, PKI, TLS.
- Secure coding practices (MISRA, CERT C) and vulnerability assessment tools.
