AUTOSAR Architect – Classic & Adaptive (ADAS)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced AUTOSAR Architect to lead the design of both Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR platforms for ADAS electronic control units. You will shape the end‑to‑end basic software (BSW) architecture, drive platform strategies, and ensure robust, scalable solutions across multiple vehicle programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end BSW architecture for ADAS ECUs on Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Develop platform strategies for reusable and scalable BSW components.
• Architect hybrid systems that integrate Classic AUTOSAR with Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Design communication protection and data‑integrity mechanisms.
• Specify OS and scheduling strategies (AUTOSAR OS, POSIX for Adaptive).
• Lead memory‑management, persistence, and variant‑handling approaches.
• Define bootloader, OTA, and software‑update architectures.

Required profile

• 10–13 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong background in AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.
• Proven experience designing BSW architecture for ADAS or similar safety‑critical domains.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and define technical strategies.
