Automation Tester – Selenium & Playwright

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Tester to join our Bangalore team and help ensure the quality of AI‑powered applications and traditional software solutions. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies such as Selenium, Playwright, and Azure OpenAI to create robust automated test suites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Automate API testing with Rest Assured and Postman.
• Validate AI agents, chatbot interactions, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks in Python or Java (TestNG/Robot Framework).
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Perform database testing on MongoDB and Hive, including complex query validation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, track work in JIRA, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on automation testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for test scripting.
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and Agile methodology.
