Automation Anywhere Support Engineer (RPA) – L1/L2/L3

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of our RPA bots. You will manage end‑to‑end incident handling across L1, L2 and L3 levels, supporting production processes for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all production RPA support tickets, handling the full lifecycle from logging to resolution.
• Proactively monitor the Automation Anywhere A360 environment for bot failures, performance issues and system alerts.
• Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting, debug bots, analyze logs and review code to identify root causes.
• Implement fixes ranging from configuration changes to code adjustments to restore bot services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the RPA development team, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks and a knowledge base of common incidents.
• Analyze recurring tickets to recommend improvements for bot resilience and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) in an RPA environment.
• Proven experience handling L1, L2 and L3 support for production bots.
• Ability to work EU shift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
