About the role

The Audit Manager will lead the audit function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. This senior position involves overseeing the preparation of books, managing audit engagements, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and the ability to guide teams through complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Conduct statutory audits under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act and other relevant regulations, guaranteeing full legal compliance.
• Prepare and submit all required statutory filings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead and manage audit teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and providing guidance to meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing queries and presenting audit findings clearly.

Required profile

• Completed CA Articleship.
• Completed CMA Intermediate with Articleship experience.
