Audit & Accounts Manager

About the role

The Audit & Accounts Manager will join Goyal Parul and Co. Chartered Accountants in Dehradun on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on planning, executing and reviewing statutory, internal and project audits, especially for Government organisations, PSUs and externally funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to final reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with government departments, PSUs and project authorities to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
• Manage audit teams, review deliverables and guarantee timely completion of assignments.
• Utilise SAP to perform audit procedures, verify accounting entries and assess financial processes.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification with 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience auditing Government organisations, PSUs and government‑funded or externally aided projects.
• Proven ability to independently plan, execute and review audit assignments.
• Strong analytical, communication and report‑writing abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge of its application to accounting and financial processes)
