ATR Analyst – Finance

About the role

The Account to Report (A2R) team at Johnson & Johnson is looking for an ATR Analyst to join its Bangalore hub. You will support the finance function by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the J&J Credo.
• Implement accounting processes and daily operations for A2R areas.
• Execute timely financial period closings according to the calendar and SLA commitments, adhering to internal audit, SOX, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the assigned scope.
• Provide deep expertise on worldwide procedures and compliance requirements, guiding the team accordingly.
• Identify compliance risks and propose remediation solutions.
• Support auditors and legal authorities during required activities.
• Maintain strong internal controls throughout the reporting process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with SOX controls, internal audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
