Operational Accountant – Book to Report

About the role

The Operational Accountant – Book to Report will lead external reporting activities for Bosch entities, ensuring accurate financial statements under Local GAAP and IFRS. You will work closely with global teams to deliver value‑added services, meet KPIs, and support automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver end‑to‑end financial statements for Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage external reporting processes and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Maintain and improve documentation, desktop procedures, and working instructions.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies, stability, and effectiveness improvements.
• Contribute to automation projects and provide analytical recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with worldwide experts, supporting remote and cross‑regional teamwork.

Required profile

• CA, CPA, CIMA or CMA qualified with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and able to work under pressure during peak periods.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and deliver results on time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Blackline reconciliation tool.
