Associate/Assistant Manager – Financial & Management Accounting

About the role

The Subject Matter Stream team is responsible for month‑end closing and ensuring the accuracy of financial data across multiple legal entities. As an Associate/Assistant Manager you will support day‑to‑day transaction processing, perform controls, and contribute to reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and book daily/monthly entries such as accruals and provisions.
• Enforce data‑quality controls in ledgers and monitor reconciliation between source systems and the general ledger.
• Analyze account activity, identify posting errors, and perform variance analysis for assigned entities.
• Prepare month‑end substantiation, sign‑off balances and related documentation.
• Assist with external audit, regulator and internal control requests.
• Maintain daily control books and ensure data quality in the OFS ledger.
• Classify accounting and tax treatment for overheads, payroll, employee benefits, depreciation and amortisation.
• Transform accounting data into management accounting reports following MARP principles.
• Support intercompany transaction reporting and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Handle data‑quality issues and ad‑hoc financial reporting tasks.
