Associate - Trust & Safety (Telugu)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Associate – Trust & Safety (Telugu) to help ensure a safe, supportive environment for users of the Eaze platform. Working remotely, you will review and moderate user‑generated content in Telugu, identify policy violations, and contribute to maintaining a trusted community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review voice and chat interactions on Eaze, focusing on Telugu language content.
• Identify and flag content that breaches community guidelines, including harassment, hate speech, and unsafe behavior.
• Escalate high‑risk cases to senior safety teams and document actions taken.
• Collaborate with product and policy teams to refine moderation guidelines.
• Provide feedback on emerging trends and suggest improvements to safety processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Telugu with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, consistent decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in online community safety and user well‑being.
