About the role

As an Associate – Talent Acquisition (Blue‑Collar) you will own the end‑to‑end supply pipeline for GoNanny’s professional nannies. You will combine on‑ground community sourcing with digital advertising to build a steady talent pool, rigorously vet candidates, and match them to high‑expectation families.

Key responsibilities

• Drive multichannel supply acquisition: activate hyper‑local on‑ground campaigns, manage community referral networks, and run Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad funnels and vernacular job‑portal listings.
• Coordinate B2B sourcing partnerships with staffing agencies and vocational institutes to scale candidate inflow.
• Conduct rigorous vetting: assess technical nanny skills, hygiene standards, emergency responsiveness, and soft‑skill intent using GoNanny’s structured questionnaire.
• Lead the 6‑step background verification process (identity, police, court, health checks) to clear candidates for platform deployment.
• Match qualified nannies to family requirements, handling language, timing, dietary training, and personality preferences; route borderline candidates to the GoNanny Institute of Excellence for training.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in mass recruitment, blue‑collar talent acquisition, or hyper‑local supply operations.
• Background in logistics, home‑services startups (e.g., Urban Company) or hospitality recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English and/or Kannada; additional regional language proficiency is advantageous.
