Associate Specialist, Supply Chain Operations

About the role

The Associate Specialist, Supply Chain Operations will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows, accurate inventory management, and strong client communication. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound processes: unloading, checking, segregation, put‑away, GRN entry, documentation, and reporting to customers.
• Oversee outbound operations: picking, packing, dispatch, delivery, POD collection, documentation, and timely reporting.
• Control inventory through cycle counts, perpetual counts, monthly audits, and reporting.
• Maintain daily operational communication with clients, addressing requirements, concerns, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Conduct operational reviews with vendors and customers, providing billing details, efficiency analysis, and cost‑effectiveness insights.
• Ensure HSSE, 5S, operating standards, and Quality Management System are consistently applied.
• Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to reduce cycle time and eliminate waste.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving processes, track expenses, and report monthly savings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience conducting operational reviews and driving efficiency improvements.
• Knowledge of HSSE, 5S, and quality management principles.
