Associate – Settlement Services

About the role

Join Altisource as an Associate in Settlement Services, supporting buyers, lenders and other stakeholders throughout the title and settlement process. You will work directly with the transaction team to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for buyers, lenders and other stakeholders for title and settlement transactions.
• Read and paraphrase title documents, manage title commitments and provide status updates to all parties.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders, ensure error‑free work and maintain 100 % quality yield.
• Research priority items, investigate complaints and disputes, and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in international voice processes, preferably mortgage or insurance.
• Fluent English with a neutral/American accent; clear Versant test score of at least 55.
• Ability to produce consistent, error‑free work and meet business‑defined output targets.

Required skills

• Mortgage or settlement background.
• Strong communication skills.
